Beth Mason: MA Interpersonal & Organizational Communication
Beth Mason entered the world of Real Estate in 1976. She has worked in and risen to the top in three different cities. In 1979 she was Realtor Associate of the year for the area's Board of Realtors in Fayetteville, North Carolina. In 1983, with rates at 18% and only her second year in town, Beth won a Sales and Marketing Excellence Award from the city in Little Rock, Arkansas. After moving to the Virginia suburbs of Washington D.C. in 1983, Beth's focused approach to service quickly produced results. In 1991, Beth was the leading sales agent of Long and Foster Realtors, who at that time was the nation's largest, independent Real Estate Company.
Being the #1 Company-wide, Top Producer over 6600 agents in the worse market the Washington DC/Virginia Area had ever seen, brought instant national recognition that translated into a whole new career. After being featured in Howard Brinton's Star Power Club, as one of the top agents in the U.S. Beth began working with Brinton Seminars and soon became a popular keynote speaker and sales trainer.
For the past eight years Beth has been speaking and conducting workshops for real estate companies across the United States. Three years ago, Beth sold her Real Estate practice to her lead assistant and formed "Smart Talk" Seminars so she could spend more time sharing what she's learned to a wider variety of audiences. Now instead of "being on the streets" selling, she's "on the road" teaching and preaching.
Beth is never boring and always current and informative. She brings everyday, needed common sense wisdom to table that has proven to be successful and usable...and it comes with a lot of good-natured humor. Beth is a walking, talking demonstration of how to be successful and enjoy life.
