  As the former Executive Vice President of American Brokers Conduit (ABC), Lisa Schreiber led the development of the vision and implementation of the platform that drove ABC to become the fastest growing and most respected wholesale mortgage lender in the industry.  During Lisa's tenure of just over five years, ABC grew its origination production to over $33 billion at the end of 2006 from just $1.9 billion in 2002,  significantly increased market share, moved into the top ten wholesale lender rankings  and  maintained increasing profitability goals.  In addition, Lisa and her team created a corporate culture that interacted on the premise that everyone was part of the solution, which resulted in over 95% employee retention and the industry's #1 ranking in customer service.

Lisa believes her business success is closely interconnected with her character, as she began her career as a single parent without a college education or support.  From the beginning, Lisa developed a quest for knowledge and a drive to succeed that lead her to grow in each position she undertook to becoming the number two executive at ABC where she developed an industry leading platform that others have been quick to emulate. 

Lisa has been recognized as a valued speaker in her industry and has begun applying her knowledge and energy to working with charitable organizations.  Today, Lisa is working to fund the rehabilitation of a school in West Africa and is focusing on building a "platform of knowledge" for those in need of education so that they can follow their own passions to build self confidence and a successful career.
