    As president, CEO, and aesthetic director, Mona Sappenfield brings nearly three decades of experience and expertise to Mona Spa & Laser Center in Memphis, Tenn and her nationally franchised locations.

    Ms. Sappenfield is among those impeccably trained.  As a certified aesthetician, CIDESCO Diplomate, Ms. Sappenfield, since 2002, was the first in the Southeast to use the CoolGlide, a hair removal and skin rejuvenation laser for all skin types.   She is also trained in laser safety by the Laser Institute of America.  Due to her proficiency in the field and at the request of laser companies, Ms. Sappenfield trains other aestheticians, dermatologist and plastic surgeons to use lasers.  

Ms. Sappenfield uses her 27 years of experience to forecast the latest spa
treatments and aesthetic trends.  She spends her time pampering clientele at Mona Spa locations in Memphis; Jackson, Miss.; and the Pacific Northwest . On frequent trips to New York, she practices with an elite group of supporting beauty editors. Her knowledge of the industry and latest techniques and technologies lead the exclusive centers to frequent recognition as the "Best of the Best" and Editor's Pick in American Spa and Essence Magazine in clinical spas and cosmetic retail centers.
